Very nice room. Big incredibly comfy bed, good shower with a lot of space, and a well kitted bathroom. Room is nicely lit with good options to adjust the lighting, TV not world-beating but high-res and a good size, has youtube and netflix - but you need your own account. The hotel is very clean and kept to an impressive standard. There is a cafe, bar/lounge and restaurant within the hotel. An extensive room service menu of korean and western style food is avaliable for in room dining too. I only dined in my room but it was easy, the staff were polite, and the food was real tasty. To top things off - at least from my room on the 15th floor - the view from the whole-wall window was tremendous. I had city view but the lake view was even better!

We had a room with two beds on the 16th floor with lake view. The beds were very comfortable. There was no noise from other rooms, the hall, or from outside. A special feature is the wall of the bathroom towards the front of the room: it is made of glass. But don't worry: there is a switch in the bathroom to turn the glass opaque! During our three weeks in South Korea we stayed at 8 different hotels. This one is among those we liked most. Breakfast offered the largest selection of foods of all the 8 hotels, however, also at the highest price. There is also a buffet dinner, but we did not test it because of the high price. We liked the free parking in the underground garage.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and check-in and out were quite fast. The room was very clean, with nice view, everything was good.

Nice selection at breakfast! But not all staff can speak english. Really good service and comfortable rooms with beautiful views.
